*Laptop keeps overheating more than normal* PLEASE HELP

So i dont know why but my laptop cpu gets temperatures of like 105C while playing csgo and 85C when im  doing nothing

What do i do to fix that ???? Do i need to change the thermal paste of the cpu ?

Please help !!

Well i didint have that problem before it began overheating like 3 weeks ago

lucky im using my pentium b980 to try and keep myself warm atm.. it only hits 84c nomatter what i throw at it..

i7 6700k @4.8ghz 1.45v

ROG Maximus Hero VIII

Gigabyte G1 980ti Sli @1500 ghz
