Posted July 6, 2014 Well im not sure which 780s and Titans you are referring to but firsthand as an owner of 3 780s Asus DC2 780 = can get 1.212v via skynet bios. No unlocked voltage unless VGA hotwire hardmod. Confirmed by Ed aka OccamRazor from Skynet. Palit Jetstream 780 = 1.212v through skynet bios flash too. No further unlocks EVGA Classy 780 = 1.212v through skynet bios. Up to 1.5v via Classified Tool Im not sure how you would get > 1.212v on an Asus or similarly locked card. Would you be able to enlighten?
Posted July 6, 2014 Author Its 590 ok thanks. i will put that in now Hey Jumper nice work on updating the spreadsheet and keeping this thread going. Bit demoralising to continue overclocking with all the 290x/titan sli's around now. But hey it's winter now so maybe it's time to see if I can push the 7990 space heater a little further... thanks . its bad here because its summer so i can't push things as much as i want too. the 7990 is a very hot card, i would recommend running with the side panel off and heating off with the window open for the best results . Congratulations on the 3K posts Only thing I've read is because valley favours memory clock, it also favours nvidia because they seem to have a lot higher mem clock than amd. I'd prefer to use fire strike but every forum you go to, they use either heaven or valley and it's always nvidia at the top. (then again your cpu tells me you won't let it happen either) ha ha, i get all the good cpu's and all the bad gpu's, when i do get a good gpu................. its going to be at very high voltage and speeds for much of its life . i wouldn't mind a 780ti kingpin, but i could buy 16 pentium anniversaries for that price. i'm hoping i have better luck with 20nm gpu's, as i'm getting 4k at the end of this year or start of next year so i'll need a good one!
