Doing 2 tests because I have a 1440p screen, and the 1440p one seems relevant. :P

Specs:

i7 4770k @ 4.2GHz

ASUS DCUII TOP R9 280x @ 1090MHz & Memory clock @ 6480MHz

The 1440p one is the Extreme HD just at 1440p, so yeah.

how the hell are you at 5 GHz at 1.380 volts mine is at 1.40 for 4.4GHz

I just got really lucky with this CPU, I've not really tried to see how low I can get the volts down to tbh I'll have to tweak with it some more and it's stable unless I play LoL or bf4 then all hell breaks lose.

CPU: 4790K @ 4.0Ghz

GPU: EVGA 780 Ti SC 3GB @ 1306Mhz  &   83 Degrees C max temp

Ram: Corsair Dominator Platinum 1600Mhz

Cooling: Corsair H100i

FPS: 70.7

SCore: 2957

Min: 26.4

Max: 135.0

I didn't overclock anything. Literally just put together my PC, installed the drivers and ran a Unigine Valley benchmark.

Is the GPU worthy of being kept or is that score / fps low enough to return it?

My temps reach around 70-80 with this clock already, to reach those clocks I think I would need to watercool the video card?

This is a Palit 670 with the Jetstream cooler.

i don't think you would reach those clocks at all. you would need a very very good card to get those clocks. i would have thought it would be cooler than that with the jet stream cooler. my msi barely gets above 65c stock and 75c when overclocked as high as it will go.

It is kinda old, and I was going to upgrade to an 870 once they come out. =)
