Power supply question

Hey guys :)!

I'm planning to build a new PC but idk if the power supply is enough.. I was looking at the Corsair RM550.

I have a GTX 1070 with a i5 6600, NZXT Noctis 450 case so 4 fans and a Corsair Cooling Hydro Series H80i v2 cooler.

So the question was if 550W is enough to power this system (no overclock)

PSU is superb. I'd recommend a different water cooler though. You want one with a larger radiator, at least 240MM (like a Corsair H100i). I'd also recommend, if you're going to get the non-k skew chip that you just use the stock cooler. So either get a 6600k or ditch the aftermarket cooler.

Can you use PCPP to put together your list and also provide a budget and location?

more than enough.

and why a z170 with a locked processor? you can get a 6600k for not that much more.

and get this cooler instead, it will perform better.

I'm from Belgium by the way.

And I knew a stock cooler was plenty but it doesn't look so great hah..

So in your PCPP link you used a 6600k. So are you planning on using the 6600 or 6600k? They're different and you shouldn't buy an aftermarket cooler if you're using the 6600. It stays plenty cool and quiet on the i5s which use little power. If it's an aesthetic thing then get a Cryorig cooler that's black and not more than $50. Also, if you get the locked CPU then get a much cheaper motherboard that still has all the features you like.

Gotcha.

Any idea what you're using for storage?

OK, well your system looks super solid to me so I'd say go for it.

The watts is enough but if u can find EVGA G2 550W it will be better and cheaper.

The EVGA one is €20 more expensive where I live, thanks though :-)
