Msi GTX 1070 Quick Silver

MSI  has launched a new GTX 1070 to their line up. Called Quick Silver, it gets a new color scheme, instead of the typical gaming black/red. The card shares the same pcb as their Gaming X, which uses both 6 and 8 pins and has a 10 phase power delivery.

Its clock speed and modes

 

• 1797 / 1607 / 8108 MHz (OC)
• 1771 / 1582 / 8008 MHz (Gaming)
• 1683 / 1506 / 8008 MHz (Silent)

Hell, I think the backplate is about the best looking part of the card. It looks great to me, even though it won't be seen while installed in your case. Overall, it is a nice looking GPU. And yes, I truly love the looks of the backplate!

We just need more customization period. There is a whole opportunity for companies to allow for color and graphic customization on these products. I would be pay a little bit more to get exactly what I want.

hopefully that MSIlogo is easy to get off. i hate it when manufacturers put brand placement all over their products, it doesn't look good it just makes you look like a walking advertisement. i don't mind a classy black and white logo or something like that but dont do this shit. theme over fucking branding.

Bruh, but the GTX 1080 30th Anniversary is on a whole much more badass level than this :p.

 

Still, one of the coolest cards ive ever seen from Nvidia, from any retailer. Only the GTX 1080 Kingpin/Hydro Copper, Asus 20th Anniversary or Zotac's ArticStorm had such sweet looking designs.
