Discord stream stuttering when watching

Hello,

 

I've been watching my friend's playthrough of a game via discord screenshare recently, and as a viewer, i've had problems with it. From time to time (once every five minutes i would say), the image starts stuttering for a few seconds like, badly. Audio also has some weird popping and crackling. It's not coming from my friend's stream as i'm not the only viewer and i'm the only one experiencing those issues.
My PC is pretty high end, GPU drivers are recent (552.22). Hardware acceleration is on.

 

Any ideas ? Thanks
