Hottest cpu ever

like what does my 4690K run when its not overclocked, or what is the hottest running CPU that you can get without spending enough money to buy another great gaming PC?

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

I mean, the FX-9590 has a 220watt TDP and basically requires a high end Watercooler for it to reach boost speeds and run at what I'd call a comfortable temperature

MSI GE72 Apache Pro-242 - (5700HQ : 970M : 16gb RAM : 17.3" : Win10 : 1TB HDD : Razer Anansi : Some mouse) - hooked up to a 34UM58-P (WFHD) in dual screen
