So it sound be quiet enough?

They are more than just quiet...I have experience with this case and I can assure you it will be quiet and also it looks great...

It depends on the case. In most cases, a windowed side panel will let a little more sound through. I know that for the Define R5 specifically, Fractal Design made a point of the windowed version being only barely less quiet than the non-windowed version.

@Gamman In my opinion it shouldn't be any louder than a regular case, but it will definitely look better ;)

If a quiet PC is your priority, definitely go for a case without a window. It might not make a "huge" difference, but it will be noticeable. The very quiet setups most of the time are as good as their weakest point - if all of the inside is covered in sound dampening material but the side panel is not, a lot of that noise will still find its way to your ears :)

But.. Window looks way cooler, hehe.

PS: It also depends on the build quality of the case and whether they actually bothered with sound dampening or not...

Windowed is usually fine unless you are looking for absolute complete silence, as a window will add more noise but by a very marginal amount. good choices are the Define R5, Define S, any be quiet! case, Phanteks P400S, NZXT H440 and I guess really anything with some nice sound dampening material. Those are all good choices but check reviews before you buy.

I've noticed way more sound comes out the back panel of the case with the rear fan and vents and everything.

A side panel window won't make much of a difference.

Buying quiet fans and passive components makes a huge difference.

Basiclly i am all about quiet PC case,  but will a window make a huge difference or not?

If the case if from a good brand who makes quality cases (Not a $20 Case from China) there should not be much difference between a windowed and non-windowed versions. However, the windowless will be a little quieter but it will not show off your PC internals but it that is what you are going for then a windowless side panel would be fine.

against cases with windows personally, like a quiet non flashy box...but full tempered glass while gorgeous also blocks a hell of a lot of noise.

Silent build - You know your pc is too loud when the deaf complain. Windows 98 gaming build, smells like beige
