If we were to include comic books/movies i think i'd go with Hit Girl from KICK ASS, something hilarious about watching such a young girl kill so many grown men in style lol

Alyx Vance is a great character, very well done by Valve.

Chell from Portal is ok I guess, too bad only in Portal 2 we get some details about her, but they still don't matter that much, so it's not like I would start to care much about her

Lara Croft is cool character, though often driven for all the wrong reasons.. but the latest games made her quite likeable.

 

I got more attached to Jade from Beyond Good and Evil than Chell from Portal, i think it's worth mentioning that character, and that very good game (for its time).

 

April Ryan from The Longest Journey was also an interesting character, though maybe I'm just nostalgic, as I played that game when i was quite young.

 

Also worth mentioning Elizabeth from Bioshock, even though it's not playable by human just like Alyx, it's a cool character.

Some people may also have a thing for Rayne from the Bloodrayne series of games , or Bayonetta...

 

later edit: and yeah, absolutely Kate Walker from Syberia should be in the poll.

The reboot Lara looks very attractive to be honest. The old one looks like she has too many rough edges.
