Can't add poll in mobile

So I'm on an IPhone using Safari and I can't add polls on mobile. When I go to make a new one I can make the title and all that stuff and make questions but when I click on submit questions it says the poll no longer has questions

I can edit poll in with mobile Firefox. Mmjw if I don't enter title to question it clears whole thing.

I just tested it on my iPhone 4S running iOS 9.3.4 with Safari(same as you @TubsAlwaysWins), and I cannot reproduce the issue. I was able to add a poll just fine with three options, and then I added a second question with no issues.
