Apple sued over iPhone 6 and 6 Plus' unresponsive touchscreen

Well i meant as in some features that android phones pack arent really useful or effective. By no means im trying to disrespect them, but the recent Iris Scanner on the Note 7 isnt exactly highly effective as most claim, since i saw a guy on a youtube video with his face literally on the display to unlock it. LG's "Friend" modules are another example, where theyr software isnt seamlessly integrated with products designed for that phone (G5)... and even then the prices. Also, well applications for android, especially from big companies, get updates a month or at least a few weeks later than on Ios based devices (Clash Royale for example).

And for those who know how (or have the kernel), you could still install Nougat on devices from 2011 (as long as they have 1GB RAM)....

For those stuck with Asus....its not the same unfortunately. From what I can tell, their support period is around 1 year-18 months after the product launched, then no further updates (unless its a motherboard)

I was simply emphasising just how ridiculous that argument is, as most people, when they buy a computer, want something that suits their needs... They don't shop by OS (aka experience)

Yeah.... Their customer support is even worse....

And to make matters worse, their phones' UI (so called Zen UI) is a bit of a mess (for most people anyways)

I at least got some help when I contacted Asus support for my H87M Pro. Now Gigabyte, the are shit. 4 replacement GTX 970 G1 gaming, and the 5th card was the one I originally sent back for RMA.

From what I have heard, for motherboards MSI and AsRock have the best customer support and for GPUs EVGA and MSI...(for nvidia anyways)

6 months in which it was customized, bug tested and Sony made sure the Z4 could run it properly....definitely not a bad thing.

With Marshmallow on my TF201-I've got no crash issues as well, though it is a case of Timduru being notified of any bugs/issues by those who use it, and the bugs/issues being fixed (I got the most stable version straight up).

I am not really surprised by this news in general. It was bound to happen at some point.

Apple has been this way for along time now and because of the popularity of the iPhone their past has been over shadowed. I am not saying that Apple is bad in general and they have done a lot in terms of the computer industry in the past but remember what they did to Steve Jobs and then they asked him to come back and he did to prevent Apple from going under ... the thing is this time around Steve Jobs is not coming back to fix things a second time.

I called this when Jobs past away, just wasn't sure how long it would take. :|

Sony all the way obviously...

(although the Z3c is plagued with issues like the headphone jack breaking over time, stops reading sims, the top speaker being a lot quieter than the bottom one as they forget to remove a piece of plastic but at least when ever one of these issues occur, sony fixes it :P

True true and although it's a design issue, out of the 25 odd people I know with an iPhone 6, 6 plus, 6s and 6s Plus users (including my sister, mother and father), none of them has ever had a issue with their iPhone 6 (and above) so yes the flaw is there but if not that many people is getting it then a recall isn't that necessary (although it is a pretty big oversight to save those pennies and to not fix those phones affected...)

when one out of 100 phones has a problem, that the others dont have, then its just an error that happened by mistake. Thats totally fine, but they have to give you a new functioning phone. If I'd order 10 motherboards, then at least one is not gonna work or work properly (e.g. not working ports) for sure.
