well harry the 4890 wont post : (

 

i get post code 62...wont get past the vga adapter

 

atiflash can see the card, i was also able to flash it with stock rom no problem.

 

it just wont boot.

usually if the card is alive in atiflash it shouldn't need a bake.. usually

 

it might not like your panel, my 6970 didn't play ball with my old tv which I gave my brother.

it might not like your panel, my 6970 didn't play ball with my old tv which I gave my brother.

nope wont post. just tried dp and diff monitor.

 

it wont post even if No video cable is connected :(

 

tried two boards so far...same result

 

wont post if it is the primary adapter and even if i boot into windows with it as the secondary adapter i still get no video out.

 

im not logical, i went straight for the oven.

no, it never was able to post. always get a 62 post code error on 2 boards. vga initialization error

 

i only flashed it and baked it cuz i wanna fix it and make it happy again

clock speeds are on valley thread and it was a DCUII with a seriously effecent cold bug bios

Figured out how to change the bus speed for the CPU in the bios. Right now running a stable 4.73GHz OC with package temps reaching 50C max after folding for 6 hours
