The wording of the paragraph reads like this is for people that distribute pirated material though, doesn't it? It doesn't mention that the penalty applies to people that download the content.

It's true, unfortunately. Female ejaculation is splendid. The reasoning I read is that it's difficult to discern between female ejaculate and pee, and they also banned golden-shower porn, so I guess they just banned female ejaculate along with it... along with lots of other type of porn, including role-play porn where the person doesn't look adult, and porn with spanking, caning, or aggressive whipping, and also porn with humiliating dirty talk, and I think bondage. Crazy world.

It's illegal to film it in the UK. As well as things like spanking (really), face sitting, fisting, physical restraint and a couple of other sexual acts. I have absolutely no idea why it was made illegal to film it, but the act themselves are not illegal. 

 

They said something along the lines of it being for safety reasons, but the acts themselves are still legal, you just can't produce porn containing them. I just seems like the UK government (or mainly Cameron) didn't like it, so they banned it. Considering they essentially put a load of dominatrix and BDSM porn makers out of business (because they banned something as small as spanking...), it seems like they just didn't like somewhat deviant sex that strayed from the norm. 

 

The bans are completely arbitrary and pointless, but is done under the guise of "protecting the children". The same argument is used to justify the opt-out porn filters, despite there being existing tools for parents to use that have been around for years and years. The government seems to be obsessed with preventing the population from watching porn, as if it somehow leads directly to becoming a criminal or a deranged adult. It just seems ridiculous that the government is worried about children seeing one of the most natural things in world (reproduction), or god forbid a woman ejaculating from pleasure, yet if they stay up past 9PM, they can freely watch Jason Bourne killing some foreign police officers on TV. I guess that vaginas are a more dangerous influence than knife fights. 

 

Here's a list (don't think it's a complete one) of what was banned in UK porn. 

 

Spanking

Caning

Aggressive whipping

Penetration by any object "associated with violence"

Physical or verbal abuse (regardless of  if consensual)

Urolagnia (known as "water sports")

Role-playing as non-adults

Physical restraint

Humiliation

Female ejaculation

Strangulation

Facesitting

Fisting

 

I mean.... Banning humiliation porn? Why? Why spanking? Why the fuck is female ejaculation banned? There is literally no reason, other than the government making up arbitrary rules for things they're not keen on. Soon you're not going to be able to wear your flat peak hat to the side or backwards, because the government doesn't like how it looks.

The acts themselves are not illegal, but if you plan to film and release them as porn, you're breaking the law if a girl sits on your face or enjoys herself a bit too much and takes part in the heinous act of releasing fluid from her vagina. Shame on you.

Its not acually going to change anything. Its still going to be nearly impossible to actually convict someone. There havent been that many cases over the years. At the end of the day its just a fear tactic. If people think they could go to prison for 10 years they may be inclined to stop.

 

In all honesty i dont think there is anyway for the government to actually combat piracy, especially when a hige number of pirates dont even realise what they are doing is illegal.

This is true, however the fact that they are pointlessly making laws like this while the whole EU affair is in the air is insulting, especially when we know that the movie/music industry lined some of these idiots pockets to make this so.

While this would need to have been discussed at some point, I agree with others in this post - surely the UK has other pressing issues to go through at the moment, rather than yet another piracy bill. I really am fed up with this county - not just because of this or the Brexit, but in general - the lies in the government being on of the major ones. While I will be going in to university this September, I am already counting down the days till I finish (just shy of 1000) days, so I can emigrate away from here.

Good luck finding a place with a competent government because I haven't seen one yet, maybe Switzerland, as they are the only country that I haven't heard retarded laws come out off as of late. Either way every place has it's problems, they are just different problems.
