can change the case to a 903 MAX for rgb and better airflow but if your mums anything like mine, she wouldn't care for either. Phanteks XT pro has a mesh and you should have some fans left over from her previous build

Get the 13600kf instead of the 12700kf, since it is much better. Get an air cooler and get a 7700xt.

if it's not just better to go 12600K over 12700K, perhaps, you'd be looking at something like this, with DDR5, but check my Motherboard, since I have no way of telling if it's good or not, but I did have some nuance in choosing so I might have hit the right one:

This won’t cut it for a 12600k. Not even a b660 pro rs with some vrm heat sinks can

Afaik ddr5 wouldn’t be a huge jump even for productivity. One of the main perks of intel lga 1700 is that you can use cheaper DDR4 ram and boards
