Oh noes it's ITX! :o

I hope they make an ATX ROG board, as that's the one I was intending on getting, in a big case.

tbh is makes a lot of sense to have them both together in that location, allows for simpler cable runs (ziptie the 8 pin to the 24 pin, run both with the same path)

Don't worry, ASUS will probably make a Crosshair VI Formula. But I'm more excited for a Gene.

Why are people bitching so much? It's Zen on mITX. Thank goodness, that means the power draw is low enough that an mITX board can actually be utilized. Remember how FX chips could barely be put on an mATX board?

That had more to do with the fact you needed room for more than 1 chipset + the power delivery.

No it was because you needed a ridiculously powerful set of VRMs and giant heatsinks to go with them. When I had an mATX AM3+ board, I overclocked my FX 6300 to 4.2GHz. The measly 4+1 phase VRMs did not like me.

If AMD only had 1 chipset separate on the board and used sodimms, it could have fit.

This board would not cross my mind at all when it comes to recommending or buying 

Its asus so abyssal customer service 

Its ROG so overpriced to hell

AM4 will have the Promontory chipset, it's just that the CPU/APUs will have some traditional PCH connectivity integrated. That's why so many different chips will be able to use the same socket.

They are about the same size except the intel board has components filled in the area

Wccf also seem to always have that manifest articles of gpus, from time to time, as if they're waiting at the cargo loading gates at a airport. That must be a lie too. Now why would a taiwan use banglore air cargo, when they have their own cargo service, like china airlines and eva air.
