how to turn off fans and fan LEDs?

CPU: i5 4690k  (overclocked to 4.3ghz)             CPU Cooler: Cryorig h7                 MOBO:  Msi Z97 pc mate             RAM: 8GB HyperX 1600 blue

GPU: rx480  4gb                                                 CASE: Corsair Spec-01 red              OS: Windows 10

PSU: EVGA 500   watt                                       SSD:    v60gb Mushkin ssd                HDD: 1000GB WD BLUE

the only way to turn the LEDs off is to turn the fans completely off with voltage control

and you need either a fan controller or a motherboard that has fan voltage control that can go to 0

my pc wont overheat will it it runs at 55 degrees Celsius und 100% load

If your LEDs are hardwired to fan power, lowering fan speed or turning fans off will dim or turn LEDs off. For separated LED control, LEDs would have to have own power connector. Few fans have it that way.

 

You can lower fan speeds either with LNA (low-noise adaptor), hardware fan controller, hardware hub with fan control software (like NZXT Grid+ with CAM) or mobo and mobos own software, or Speedfan. Like said, 3pins don't support 0rpm mode and it isn't that common for PWMs yet either. Speedfan can do it on most mobos, Asus software can do it too.

What header are you powering the fan off of?
