police car laptop : Microslate 3000P

If you have never heared of microslate. No worries !

its an old laptop and tablet company (around 2001-2006 I think) that made old rugged laptops. for police cars, and anyone who had 5000$ USD in their pocket.
and I happen to own one.
I have no idea if it works, I don't have a battery, nor a 19v 2.3A   4pin psu for it.
serial number : 3000P-015374
I got it in montreal, so perhaps it was used in the SPVM (montreal's police departement)  and I know this model was made in canada

I tried to find some info but its kind of hard to find. there are some on the internet archive but its mostly about the 3rd revision of the model.
this is my plan : perhaps find some help to get it working (battery and psu supplier nearby)
or maybe send it over to LGR or EEV Blog.

I wanted to share this here, as I cannot find much info on the laptop, and there appears to be a single other one, on ebay for parts.
THATS IT. nothing else anywhere !

anyone can find any info on this ? I mean. I can't find another laptop like it for sale anywhere. and there might be some kind of cool old info in this. and I want to make it work !

If the company doesn't exist anymore then the only place to find more info on it would be the person who you got it from, but the adaptors are all proprietary ones that plug into the car to supply power.

The 4 pin plug looks like the one under the "snap and lock connectors tab" here
