Good budget Cpu cooler and thermal paste?

Hello guys,

So i want to get started buying all my parts for my first build but i'm thinking that using an after market cooler will be way more silent and better for the cpu (btw i'll be getting an i5-4460 , so no overclocking).

What is a ~ good cooler and thermal paste if you are on a budget.

A friend of mine recommended the 212 EVO  but didnt recommend any thermal paste.

If any of  you guys could help me with this that'd be aweome!

Thnx anyway

P.S. I live in belgium and i wouldnt like to spend more then ~ 35 euros for both of them.

I'm guessing the thermal paste that comes with it is more then enough good for a non overclocked cpu, right?

Yep! It would be fine for overclocking as well so you're good.

Be Quiet! Shadow Rock LP

Be Quiet! Shadow Rock 2

these are also very silent.

212 EVO isnt bad either .. pick the cheaper one in my opinion .. all of these 3 will be overkill for your CPU.

Ow wait, one last question. Do the coolers come with their own fans or do i need to buy 1 or 2 seperatly? Sry if this is a noobish question but i never bought/seen an unboxing of one before.

They come with a single fan, unless it advertises 2 fans.

I used to be quite active here.
