Safe running CPU at 100% load during gaming?

Hey Guys,

 

As it stands black ops 3 maxes out my CPU (i5 4670k) at 100% with no issues to actual game play smoothness. The CPU stays around 55-61 degrees on all cores.

 

It is not overclocked and auto turbos up to 3.8Ghz

 

Is this safe?
