Is better to use rechargable AA or 18650?

Unless you want an "Ultrafire" in your house and hands, don't even consider them.

 

Just get some Eneloops or something.

I´m doing bluetooth amplifier and I need 10 AA, so 15 V.

eneloop batteries are rechargeable AA

that means 1.2V

 

18650 batteries are lithium 1s

that means 3.7v (4.2v at max charge)

As Enderman points out the voltages are not the same as your regular AA battery and not to mention 18650 cells are larger than the regular AA. If your planning on having this system to be directly rechargeable they will require a charge controller.
