Prophetic video about ASUS customer support

I will assume by now most of you have seen the GamersNexus videos on ASUS.

 

Well, I was watching a Linus video where the circumstances are echoed eerily closely. Now I usually watch a couple months behind, but I had to stop and do a double take on the date of the video because of how similar the story sounds.

The similarities to gamer's nexus' case are uncanny. It's almost like there's a playbook these companies use.

 

Have any of you encountered or read about someone with a similar story?
