GTX 950 or R9 380 2GB

I am trying to decide between a r9 380 2GB or a gtx 950 because they are about the same price right now and from what I can find they are very similar in performance. I like that the 950 is more power efficient but I though the 380 was on par with the 960. So I am looking for some other opinions and experience.

R9 380 is way more powerfull than GTX 950.

R9 380 is usualy slightly above GTX 960 in terms of performance.

 

Power consumption doesent matter. It makes about $5 difference ... per year.

This isn't even a contest. 380, but you should really look into a 4GB version.

The R9 380 will absolutely DESTROY the GTX 950. If they're at the same price point, go for the 380 2GB. However, if you can spend a little bit more, you should be able to get the 4GB 380, which will be an excellent card for 1080p gaming.

Get the 380, it performs better. 4GB 380 is what I would go for, instead of the 2GB version.

R9 380 is 10% faster than a 960 and about 25% faster than a 950

And overclocked 950 is the same or better than a non-overclocked 960 but above all the 380 4g takes the cake (but don't get the 2g version it is not worth it)
