No this is good. I wish Linus would do this otherwise you gets thousands of people who just make an account for the giveaway and don't care whatsoever about the LTT forum.

When you put it that way I can understand it doing some good but I am a perfectly legit person with only one account and I can't get in the giveaway because I haven't convinced enough people to click that little button at the bottom of my posts yet. There should be a different means of preventing alt attacks, no one should get likes (and in my opinion posts too but idk) involved :P
