EVGAs GS and G2 of 650E would work great for ya, Antec also has the High Current Gamer of 620W and that'll be good for ya.

Basicly all nowadays 1CPU1GPU needs 600W, but if you Maxwell it'll be 500W

950-970 can be safely run without exception on a 400W. 980 can do it without overclocking much, but 450-500 is a better idea. 500W is a minimum for the 980 ti not because it consumes that much less power than Hawaii but rather because nvidias power management for Maxwell is much less prone to extreme power spikes than Hawaii is (Fiji is also better at not power spiking).

For a 390x, I would never recommend less than 600W.
