What fan should I get?

Hydrogen1803

I am not sure if the fan I am planning on getting will be powerful enough? I am going to be doing some overclocking from time to time, and heavy work and gaming. I may also get in to video editing. What do you guys recommend? All help is appreciated, thank you in advance.

I got some of these but they were on sale for 8.99 when I got them, and aren't anymore  :(

95CFM, 2.72mm static pressure but they are fairly loud, however I don't care about that
