How active are Linus and the team?

Sokaz

I come visit every once in a while so I'm not very active here so, I don't know a lot about this place. However, I do watch a lot of the videos. How active is linus and the crew around here?

Slick's on all the time, and Linus hops on from time to time. The best way to grab their attention if you want them to see your post is to use @LinusTech or @Slick.

I'm not really trying to grab their attention but, this is great information. I'm glad to hear there are active members.

Using Chrome/Firefox addons makes you be online all the time. Which isn't same thing as active on forums necessarily.

As for question. Luke is main admin for forums. So he handles stuff with mod team and maybe reads some other threads and PMs on the side. Linus checks Tech News and his own sections (daily I guess) and seen sometimes in other threads as well. Nick Light is also seen to hang around time to time. More so when its about sponsors, marketing etc. which are his responsibilities.

Haha the way you worded that makes it sound like this old gif;

giphy-downsized-large.gif

Back on topic; If there's anything "big" going on, someone is reading/commenting.

Not sure how much Nick Light browses, but he's around the the videos section.

Bleigh!  Ever hear of AC series?

On the forums, Luke is here 24/7 while Linus pokes his head in occasionally and Nick Light mostly posts LTT videos. Other LMG employees, not so much. I've noticed they're all more active on social media, like Twitter, though.

You would think Ubisoft would support the Bulldozer based architectures more given their digging themed names like bulldozer, Piledriver, Steamroller and Excavator.
