Where is my money!

So I refunded a game two days ago for 9.99 euro. And today I got a mail saying that it got refunded. But when i go to steam it says that 9.99 euro is "pending" and I can't buy aything with the money! Look!post-247235-0-99372900-1445853419_thumb. And how the fuck do i solve this?

things take time, they said it can take about a week after the refund is approved. At least give it one either way. are you trying to jump on a sale or something?

It does take some time for Steam Support to add the correct amount. It took me around a week.

things can take time through banks, I just used paypal to send my mate £100 and it took 4 days for "security" etc

Steam takes a while to process the payment back. It took a friend of mine a few days but another friend said it took a week.

refunds take a week to come in after they get accepted as a refund, i'm pretty sure they do this as an "annoyance" to stop you from playing a game for 2 hours, getting a refund, and getting an other game immediately.

 

the refund system isnt designed to be a "smooth experience" its more so designed as a "get me my money back, this game is terrible"

its just like a bank.  im getting paid on Wednesday, but ive seen it "pending" in my account for over a week.

 

same exact thing.  you'll get it within a week or so as soon as the funds become available. its not a bug, or a glitch, its simply a financial transaction. takes time.
