Black screen in games and PC crashed

Hello!

 

For two weeks I have been experiencing some issues with the graphics card.

 

During some games (Skyrim, AOE 4) the screen goes black and PC crashes.

 

System specs:

4790K

Sabertooth Mark 2 Mobo

2x4 GB Ripjaw RAM

Gigabyte GTX 970 mini itx

Noctua NH-D15 cooler

LG 34UC87 1440p monitor.

 

I already tried installing older drivers. Reinstalled Windows 7. Upgraded to Win 10 as of last night to try it out. The same errors. Always tied to the same file. Look below in the log.
