gtx 260 v3 216 plus i3 4170 cs go fps?

It won't be maxing anything really except source games and perhaps 1 or 2 unreal engine games.

My rig: r7 1700 @ 3.9/1.35v, 16gb ddr4 3200, assorted rando SSDs, hx 1050, vega 64 1650/1025

CSGO... just turn all settings to low except textures, you will get around 200FPS.

no one plays cs:go on max, it just decreases framerate without any visual gain

It will be very good, it just depends on what fps you prefer (60fps is fine, you need 144fps and stuff like that)

Toy around with the graphical settings a bit and see what kind of fps you like

if i was you, i would use the integrated graphics in the CPU it will probably be better xD
