GTX 260 in 2015.

Just a thread for it, some users are asking a shed load of questions about this card, so.

 

 

Crysis... don't bother with any of them, was not until the HD 5000 and GTX 400 series hit that Crysis became playable near maxed settings.

 

 

 

 

I would OC your 260 as far as it can go too.

I had one of these, it killed everything at the time 2008/9 I believe it should be on par with a 660/670m

Damn, I remember wanting this card so badly in my fanboy days even though it was slower than a HD4870.   :lol:

if you lower settings to lowest 720p even integrated graphics from intel will play games ^^

 

i think its stupid to play at 720p and then have all stuff ultra.  at 1080p maxed settings its hard on high end gpus, if you switch to medium (or custom settings) its almost same visual fidelity but you get massive fps boost.
