Steam not streaming to a computer.

I have 3 computers all connected to steam and all on the same network:

The Folding PC (Not used for folding anymore because it is useless)

The Laptop

The Deskop.

 

The Folding PC sees the laptop and the desktop.

The Laptop sees the folding PC.

The Desktop sees the folding PC.

 

I want the Laptop to see the desktop's games and the desktop to see the laptop's games and be able to stream from to both of them.

Is the Desktop wireless or wired?

um is it only 1 account their all connected to

IS IT WIRED TO UR ROUTER OR NO

Ok, so wireless clients can see each other then. Any antivirus?

Fold PC: No, Desktop: No, Laptop: Windows defender and CCleaner (Once had Norton).
