I think its kinda op, but it will work yes

CPU: Xeon 1230v3 - GPU: GTX 770  - SSD: 120GB 840 Evo - HDD: WD Blue 1TB - RAM: Ballistix 8GB - Case: CM N400 - PSU: CX 600M - Cooling: Cooler Master 212 Evo

it has some livestreaming/recording specifics that are interesting, but if you're not going to use those i feel like its a tad overpriced.

PS4 was designed to just be used with normal TVs, so you won't really get any extreme benefits with going for such an overkill monitor.

Consoles dont delivere the Quality a PC does, so a Gaming Display would be waste. If you havent a PC you want to use with this too, i would rather get a TV.
