This is really old. It's not called God mode, This is false.

It's a hidden location that the Search Indexer service uses so that you can search within the Control panel, and even under Control Panel sections, like you can search for "customize mouse", and it will show you: "Customize the mouse", and when you selected it it jumps to it.

Moreover, this is not exclusive to Windows 7. It works under Vista, and 8 and their Server version variant.

This should be moved to OS section.
