Context:

My friend and I are getting into game development as a serious hobby which we have pursued since high school however my old laptop is very noisy (and in my bedroom) and very outdated, making it difficult to use 3-D modelling software and rendering near to impossible since my RAM tends to crash. The auxiliary monitor in this video is an LG FLATRON L22WS.

It also happened to me. I cut a few frames from my video so that it will not be at 30 second mark exactly and then I rendered it again.

just use the youtube editor to cut out some frames. if the exported video is, for example, 30 seconds and 8 frames, youtube will round it up to 31 seconds.
