Dont know anything about phones so i need help, which one is the best. You can state your reasons below.

 

I am not from USA, i am getting my phone with a plan and these are the phones that dont break my budget

None of them sound appealing... Why not the Asus Zenfone 2? It's nice and cheapish.

Cause it's not worth buying a Zenfone 2 until Asus gets their act together with the software optimization and bloatware.

I'd say Moto G. Why isn't it in the list?

Also...I'd probably go with the Windows phone. From personal experience it likes running on shittier hardware more.

I vote the L535 mainly because it will get the upgrade to W10 later this year. Also the guaranteed & frequent update available from Microsoft (non of the carrier limited bs) means the phone won't go obsolete so soon, unlike other mid & low end android phones.

Yeah, I'd go with the Lumia. I've had decent experiences before on Microsoft phones.
