OverClocking Fx-8350 to 4.3ghz?

I would love to overclock my cpu to 4.3ghz or more but i figured that would be a good start. I have never overclocked anything before so this is my first time.  My question is how do i start the over clock and after i do what should i be watching? I have a water cooler so i am just wondering how i would start off. Thanks for all you help with this guys

Just increase clock you may not even have to increase voltage! :D

Could you provide some system specs, please? The FX-8350 gets very power hungry at higher clocks, so at the very least you'll be wanting a good quality power supply.

Just use the AMD overdrive utility software to auto oc your chip. If you're not sure what you're doing, its an easy way to go. After just run prime95 for a good hour to make sure everything is running stable. Watch out on your temps, anything above 70c is a no no. Ideally you want it 65 and below.

First you MUST have a 990FX board for this, there is two 970 board capable of handling it, but 990FX is 100% sure to handle a FX OC

Second, most FX can OC like upwards of 900MHz without touching the voltage

Third get a good cooler. a 240mm radiator like the Cooler Master Nepton 240 is STRONGLY adviced

Fourth Turn off Cool'n'quiet, Turbo Core and C6 state. These will all mess with your OC stability
