some people in this world would rather die knowing they contributed nothing to anyone and sit back and be lazy with loads of money, id rather die knowing i worked hard for myself, its all about feeling like youve accomplished something, you could work hard have a family  and become rich, you just have to want it.

unfortunatly i cant. im an only child and somebody gotta carry the name further also i cant do this to my parents. but if it werent for my parents and i had a brother or something then maybe.

I value relationships most highly, and would like the option to start a family some day. This is a tough question since there's always the small chance you won't be able to have children biologically anyway, but I think it would be robbing yourself of one of the largest potential joys in life for greed. Still $1mil a year could allow you to help A LOT of people so I see both sides, but I cant say I'd personally take the deal.

A very good private doctor hired with all your money would.

But... adoption. Is that cheating? I mean, does it really matter if the kids are biologically yours? Actually, if I were a female version of myself, I would prefer to adopt so I didn't have to go through all- thinks back to a horrendous video of a C-section- that.

Wasn't my original post, but I think he meant if he carefully thought about it and wanted to raise a child. Although if not, at 1 mil per year, that child could be raised fairly impersonally and still lead a much better life than at, say, an orphanage.

the child would have a better life either way bro, if you adopt a child you do it knowing you can afford to keep that child safe etc

 

me personally yeah i care if its someone elses child, i wouldnt be able to raise it knowing its not my own blood, sounds awful but theres plenty of others wanting to adopt, people shouldnt have children if they dont want them, its sick and twisted.
