IDK why, but whenever I shut down my PC, I have to reinstall almost everything. It's been going on for a while now, and it's getting a bit annoying.

I don't think I can help with your situation but from what I heard, what you and I would think of as a "bug", the people at Mickeysoft consider an accessory.

You should try completely wiping and reinstalling Windows.

 

Is there something you're not telling us, like "when I boot, it makes me use system restore" or other?

For wiping and reinstalling windows, I don't know how to do that.

And I'm not that familiar with system restore so I don't know how it works.

Ok This is a good time to learn!

 

Key things to remember:

 

Wiping your computer and reinstalling windows will delete all of your data including documents, photos, games and other programs.

 

Make a backup, then test that you have sucessfully backed up anything you value.

So I'm a bit young, I don't really understand a lot about computer, will it reset like EVERYTHING, like having to go through the installation process?

Yes. This will delete all data, including programs/games/documents/photos.
