That is the one Linus uses and Snap-On is considered the top quality brand in terms of tools, they aren't what you call budget friendly. For most of us a Stanley like you linked is more than adequate.

I've got two I use a Ratcheting one and my favorite one in the world, a Non-Ratcheting Magnetic one I got from Sega with Sega Branding at the first ever E3. It's in storage with most of my tools in Phoenix though.
