FX8350 bottleneck 980ti?

The thing is, that's not the correct definition.

 

He ignored the information put in front of him, and even the Sandybridge i5 don't bottleneck a GTX 980.

What would be a reasonable percentage of GPU usage to consider a bottleneck?

 

Because my max is usually 95%

It needs to be stable as well, if its not stable your going to see the problems associated with the FX series. Such as frame drops and poor frame times.
