Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I've started choosing some parts on Part Picker, and this is what I have so far:

I already own 2x 980 evo SSDs that I plan to use so I did not include them in the list.

I will most likely buy it in a couple of months, and I plan to play at 1440p at at least 144hz.

I am upgrading from a 6 year old PC, so unfortunately I can't use much of the parts besides the SSDs and the peripherals.

I need some recommendations and if there is a possibility I could lower the price a bit more.

P.S: If a part is too expensive where I'm from, I could probably get it from outside the country for cheaper.

IF you NEED a Nvidia gpu, you may simply swap it back and keep all else

Edit: I saw the estimated wattage was 750W, so for stability I put in a 1000W PSU that was cheaper than your old 850W

In a couple of months there will likely be new AMD and Intel CPU.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

with HIGH price tags
I mean if they're buying a 7800x3d it can't be that bad-

laughs in intel's terrible pricing recently

I don't think anyone outside AMD knows what pricing and performance will be. It's a mistake in my opinion to fixate on a build several months before acquisition..
