I think most anything looks worse in person. not saying bad just not as good. Photos especially advertising photos are always flattering and well planned out.

Yes. Noctua Fans the most.

(Ugly in picture GREAT in person)

are you sure? I've never seen one in person but they look ugly to me, I wouldn't change them though it's like a signature look.

I always feel like cases and graphics cards are bigger than I thought, and CPUs and SSDs are always smaller than I thought...

I'm the exact same with cases and graphics cards, when my Noctis 450 arrived I was shocked at how large it is, although used to it now, and that's only a mid tower aha, I thought SSDs were about the right size though because I knew one had to fit into my slim laptop aha

every gpu I ever owned looks bigger in person then what I ever see in videos or pictures. Then again I just have a bad sense of scale in general

YES! I thought my GPU was huge when I first got it.

If this is so, I'm getting some Noctua fans, cause the only reason I haven't is cause they're ugly.

My buddy bought a GA-78LMT-USB3 and he was expecting a board that looked like the rev4.1 board on the retailer's website, when he got home he opened the box and found a rev 6.0 because the retailer never updated the info on the site.

What he was expecting vs what he got.

Expecting: rev. 4.1

Received: rev. 6.0

I never seen anyone so happy after getting the wrong piece of hardware.

Imho, the better the product the more amazing it looks in real life than it did in pictures. I've had some shitty computers go the other way, but I wasn't particularly excited about them in the first place.

It might not match your color scheme and it's mostly opinion based but they definitely look better than in pictures.

Well a can of spray paint can always do ugly parts justice
