I wish they would give some previews for computer parts - if there's even going to be any besides SSDs and monitors if you count a monitor as a computer part.

 

I'll still be there at 12:10 AM but it looks like majority of the deals are going to be the ones that rotate every 10 minutes/hour.

What I want to know is which sites will be trying to find the best deals. And since each sale is different in every country I want to know if there is a site that will definitely show deals for tomorrow since I don't want to spend hours searching for something I might like. If there is a good deal on a 1440p 144hz ips monitor, or Sennheiser momentum wireless, 980ti, hgst harddrive, fractal design silent cases, ecc ram, 24/7 PSU, good mobo/cpu, asus ac router then I want to know about it before everything is sold out.

the deals being advertised so far are utter garbage. It's more of a cheap clearance sale of unwanted obsolete items. I'm hoping its more than that...

probably wont bother with those 5 minute lightning deal unless its very hot.

 

deals wont happen till midnight, pacific time. so still 5 hours to go.

yeah! so far all items listed are crap even preview ones.  The only purchase I made so far is.....

 

for $59, retail $99.  A savings of $40 which is not bad.

So far, it's my greatest fears for Prime Day realized... The sales are for jewelry, apple products, and phone accessories/cables. Business as usual. Hopefully there will be some better deals as the day goes on, though it's unfortunately going to be through lightning deals.
