Seaman's™ Mayo as Thermal compound?

BananaNinja

I did some research into using alternative products as thermal compound and found Mayo constantly beats around 50% of other thermal compounds on the market (the cheaper kinds)

of course I found that Arctic Silver 5 still tops the board but interestingly I used 2 types of test mayo

1. Kraft EasyMayo

2. Seaman's Spiced Mayo

Kraft Mayo performed worse that Spiced Mayo, I assume this is due to the thickness of the mayo and it's lesser ability to fill the micro holes in between the copper plates

an i7 4770k @ stock speed using Kraft EasyMayo found under load 10 min of Prime95 = 85 Degrees Celcius (Corsair H80i)

Using Seaman's Spiced Mayo my tests found that it was slightly watered down in terms of taste but performed better than Kraft

Semen's mayo was white and goopy, slightly translucent. I had to shake the bottle and rub the top of the tubular bottle a couple times before it comes out and once it did there was no mayo left but It refills over time. I usually like to spread my mayo across my GF's CPU and GPU, she likes it like that and BUT I should say that she gets pretty hot and very wet from the liquid cooling

tl;dr Thermal Semen is a good compund

well AS5 is actually not very good, so you probably id not look at very recent benchmarks of thermal compounds.
