trying to burn a sheet of paper with evidence, but ending up burning the whole house down to make sure. thats overkill.

Well it will probably be similar to how good computers from 2005 are now. They are ok for a few things, but in general aren't great anymore. When you go to his range of 15-20 years ago, thats the 1995-2000 range. Computers from then are just shit now, even ones that would be considered high end back then.
