Touch the heatsink on the board. If it feels like boiling water then yea it's too hot. If not then faulty sensor.

^^ This. The reading is clearly incorrect, I don't think it can actually be 119°C. Motherboards usually report about 30–40°C and there's not much reason they would ever get much hotter than that. They don't need (or have) much cooling beyond the heatsinks that come stock on the chipset and VRMs.

Asus is nowhere near a perfect brand nor manufacturer. Nobody is.

It's most likely a faulty sensor, nothing to worry about. One of my Gigabyte motherboards reads one of my fans spinning at 84,000 rpm and my HDD temps at -463C. Sometimes there's just bad sensors or the software is bugging out. It happens, dude. Nothing to worry about
