I think there are some cheapo Logitech ones that are powered through USB, but they are like 20$ and they are terrible. Good speakers and the word cheap, don't go hand in hand. ;)

Logitech USB powered speakers.

 

It's what you want. but I don't know how good they sound.

 

I have this set of Logitech USB powered speakers and they don't sound terrible.

This. I beleive the last link would be best, 1st the second best
