Do you even lift bruh?

mr.skyrim_pc

I know its a bit rare for a techy to lift weights, but I'm sure some of you do. :)

If you do, go ahead and post some of your maxes :)

I've been lifting for a bit under a year and this is what I've achieved so far:

Bench: 175

squat: 245

clean:155

deadlift: 300

I've been lifting off and on for 2 years. I mean off and on. My bench is 175, squat is 180, clean is 155 also, I could go more curl 90, and my dead lift is 305. Lately I've been trying to get my core toned and started running more. I'm 19, 5'9.5", and. 170-175 pounds.

Form also sucks with squat. I haven't worked my legs out as much, but the cool thing is my legs are actually pretty beefy. So if I skipped leg day no one would know until I actually started lifting

I used to lift.

From ages 16 to 20.

I only remember I could bicep curl 16kg per arm on average with normal weights.

I think I could bench press 80 kg once too.
