What can I do to make it cheaper but perform well with the games I am going to run

Don't repost: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/360261-is-this-good/

Tecnically against the rules

“When life gives you lemons, don’t make lemonade. Make life take the lemons back! Get mad! I don’t want your damn lemons, what the hell am I supposed to do with these? Demand to see life’s manager! Make life rue the day it thought it could give Cave Johnson lemons! Do you know who I am? I’m the man who’s gonna burn your house down! With the lemons! I’m gonna get my engineers to invent a combustible lemon that burns your house down!”

For those games, it is definetly overkill. But trust me, as time goes by you'll start enjoying more demanding titles. With this setup, you'll definetly be able to run most AAA titles on high-ultra settings. If, however, you choose to go with a cheaper build, you might not achieve such performance levels, and will probably have to start upgrading pretty soon.

It is a different setup

Still it is about the same thing. If you are reading a cake recipe and you decide to throw 1 more egg in, the recipe will not change, only the outcome will. So with that in mind, it is technically still asking the same question.

This build is confusing.

Why even bother with an aftermarket cooler for that cpu?

Why are you buying a full atx case but a micro atx mother board?

Your video card is decent, even for some gaming at 1440p, but I think you can find it for a better price, unless you really want MSI. Sapphire's 280 usually dips down to $150.

Personally, I would ditch Windows 8.1 OEM. I'd take my chances with g2a where I can buy three retail keys for the same price as one OEM from a retailer. I've had good luck with three Windows 8.1 retail keys. Make sure to buy the Shield.

I own the mouse and keyboard set you are trying to buy. While it's good overall, the keyboard is a little funny because the lights don't turn on automatically with the computer. You have to use the scroll lock key to toggle them on every time you start. It's rather unusable if you ever use Excel because you have to turn the scroll lock off, at which point the keyboard is completely black. Otherwise, it's a good little keyboard. The mouse leaves a lot to be desired, and I can guarantee it will malfunction in the first 90 days. It's a great $50 keyboard for cheap, but it's a $0.99 mouse.

So a 500W power supply will be fine right?

Her build was already overkill for CS GO and Minecraft, why spend more?

Edit: just noticed it's cheaper, although I would still cut down on some stuff and save more and put it into the peripherals considering were talking about CS GO and Minecraft, and in CS GO the peripherals are pretty important.

OP do you play CS GO seriously? If so I would balance some of the budget to a mechanical keyboard and 144hz monitor as well.

Eh I played with a cheap Logy keyboard and mouse combo up to MG1, its really about the mouse's sensor quality.

This is mid-range gaming rig. Can play any game at 1080p.

Wasted money if u only gonna play the two mentioned games.

750ti or 270x would be perfect and would cost u even less while still providing enough power to play MC, CS:GO, Dota/LoL or other more demanding games on medium-high details.

Connection200mbps / 12mbps 5Ghz wifi

Exactly, mouse is more important for CS:GO. As far as keyboard is responsive there's no need for expensive mech keyboard.
