I still can't believe it's costing Valve $1M USD for a few days of over-saturated support emails. Holy fuck valve, create a proper support department already!

 

LOL.

 

That...thats hilarious. 

 

Valve won't make a proper CS department...ever. Steam will go down and Valve will have to deal with undoing the DRM that Steam is, they still won't have a CS department. 

 

But still, PRAISE GABEN!?
